Eli's new trick

Eli is 15 months now! Gosh, it flies by. Eli has many new accomplishments that he is very proud of. The first is he LOVES waving bye/hi... to everyone. When we go out he thinks his duty is to greet everyone, and if they don't respond by acknowledging him, he get very loud and forceful with his "Di" and wave. Another very recent skill learned was that of climbing. As you can see in the picture, he can now climb on the table to get himself whatever he would like. Today I watched him climb up onto the chair then the table and then steal Lydia's banana (he had already eaten his and was down from his high chair). As you can see in the picture, he is VERY proud of himself.

We also had Eli's 15 month check up and the doctor kept going on and on with how docile and wonderful Eli was. He said usually a 15 month check up first thing in the morning makes him pull the few remaining hairs out of his head, but not today. Eli's current stats are 89% in height (32") and 45% in weight (25 lbs). His weight has been dropping in percentile but the doc. said he looks great and its just from all the running around.

Which brings me to his 3rd recent accomplishment. Running! At this age Lydia had only been walking for a week or 2, so I really have my hand full with Eli. Also, he's still not great at running, hence the bumps on his forehead you may have noted in the many pictures from Christmas and before.
Note Lydia trying to save her lunch from Eli

Get out of here with her giant bed! Do you remember when mom got us those matching sets of sheets and comforters and we were so excited to go to bed!?!?! I have a picture if you don't remember!
